I offer a compassionate and inclusive space to explore your challenges, deepen self-awareness, and uncover pathways to growth and fulfillment.
Approach
Whether you are grappling with the weight of a diagnosed illness or are struggling in the labyrinth of the human experience, the psychotherapeutic journey offers a path toward clarity and strength. As you deepen your understanding of how your inner landscape shapes your life, hidden pathways to peace and fulfillment may begin to unfold—at home, at work, and within your heart. True growth blooms from the soil of a secure foundation. Together, we can explore the shadows and uncover new ways of being—rooted, whole, and alive.
I work psychodynamically to help uncover the past and promote emotional and relational awareness and growth. I use somatic techniques to strengthen the mind-body connection, release trauma and improve emotional regulation. I rely on experiential tools in the here-and-now to foster creativity and authenticity.
I offer therapy to individuals and couples, from all walks of life and every path of love, embracing the diversity of backgrounds and relational journeys.
Background
With a multicultural background, I bring an open-minded and inclusive approach to therapy. I place great value in my clients' cultural backgrounds, psychological needs, and the impact of their individual experiences.
Having discovered a passion for psychology and unconscious processes in college, I’m constantly pursuing learning opportunities to further deepen my knowledge and skills.
In my early career, I worked in an inpatient psychiatric hospital where I developed a deep appreciation and awareness for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Subsequent work at low-income community programs reinforced a sensitivity to the systemic challenges faced by marginalized groups. Later experiences at a substance abuse treatment program offered valuable insights into the underlying traumas and unique needs of individuals grappling with addiction.
Drawing from this diverse background, I’ve integrated these experiences into my private practice; tailoring my approach to best serve the individual needs of my clients.
